Svoboda, Lukáš ; Dlouhý, Martin (advisor) ; Pokorný, Ladislav (referee)
The work examines 12 players from the English Premier League and their teams. The sample focuses on 3 players with a dominant right lower limb playing on the right side of the pitch, 3 players with a dominant left lower limb playing on the right side of the pitch, 3 players with a dominant left lower limb playing on the left side of the pitch, and 3 players with a dominant right lower limb playing on the left side of the pitch for a period of 3 months, corresponding to 12 matches. The players were monitored using video analysis. Their game success was recorded using notation methods. Statistical data analysis was used to evaluate the collected data. The aim of the work was to determine the success of the players in resolving game situations according to their laterality and playing positions. Their success was also compared and conclusions were drawn from the results. The results of the work showed that players playing on their non-dominant side excel mainly in shooting and passing statistics. Analysis of the effectiveness of the penalty kick in "the Champions League" in 2009-2019
HUŠEK, Jan
In this bachelor's thesis, we analyse all penalty kicks that were played in the UEFA Champions League over a 10-year period (2009-2019) in terms of performance efficiency. The aim of our work is to analyse and compare penalty kicks using rating scales in the UEFA Champions League during a period of 10 seasons. The partial aim is to create a profile of the so-called ideal shooter. In the analytical part of the work, we look at the historical and organisational analysis of the penalty kick and the basic characteristics of football, as well as the structure of football competitions. In the synthetic part of the work, we then analysed all the recorded penalty kicks from a total of 1250 matches and created rating scales and categories according to different specificities. Based on the data collected, we were also able to create a profile of the so-called ideal shooter. Despite obtaining successful results, we believe that the final values cannot be applied uniformly to all football competitions because of the different quality of players, clubs, competitions, and the uniqueness of this standard situation.

Evaluation of the success of mission EUBAM and EUFOR
Jílková, Klára ; Weiss, Tomáš (advisor) ; Šír, Jan (referee)
Bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of EU missions, namely EUBAM Moldova-Ukraine and EUFOR Althea. A comparison of two case studies was chosen as a method of work research. The work first deals with the evaluation of each mission and compares the advantages and disadvantages of civilian missions and military operations. These two case studies have been chosen because the countries in which the missions operate, are geographically close, as well as they are neighboring countries of the European Union, which could become potential Member States in the future. Missions are evaluated on the basis of predefined criteria, which were selected on the basis of an analysis of the literature according to the scales compiled by the author. An integral part of the work is a brief introduction to EU Common Foreign and Security Policy, followed by case studies and their evaluation. The last chapter of the thesis is a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the EUBAM Moldova-Ukraine civilian mission and the EUFOR Althea military operation. The bachelor thesis concludes that the strengths and weaknesses of civilian missions and military operations are in many cases quite different.
